We are working on expanding our delivery network to other European countries and islands. If your region is not available at checkout, feel free to contact us for a custom quote.

2.Order Processing Time

In-stock items are usually prepared and dispatched within 5 business days.

Made-to-order or artisanal items may take up to 15 business days, depending on the product and supplier.

Look at the product page for extra information in case it is from a supplier with exceeding delivery times.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes:

Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location, the suppliers location, public holidays, or local circumstances.
5.Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
We aim to offer fair and transparent shipping rates.
Free delivery may be available on selected items or on orders over a certain value — this will be clearly stated when applicable.

6.Delivery Conditions

Deliveries are made to the building entrance or street-level door only.

Indoor delivery or placement inside the home is not included.

If you require delivery to a specific room, floor, or full installation, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll be happy to arrange a quote for a specialised delivery service.

Please also ensure that the delivery address provided is correct and accessible. For larger items, make sure the products fit through doorways, staircases, and elevators.
Alma Home&Decor is not responsible for delivery failures due to restricted access.
If no one is available to receive the order, it will be considered a failure of delivery. Please contact us if you need to change the scheduled time and date for delivery.

7.Damaged or Lost Items
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive an item that is damaged or incomplete:

Include clear photos and a brief description of the issue.

We will review the situation on an individual basis and arrange a replacement when fitted.
