Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy
We want you to love every piece you receive from Alma Home&Decor. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns.
1. Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

The item is damaged upon delivery, and you provide clear photo evidence.

The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect measurements. We do not accept returns on custom, made-to-order, or personalized items unless they arrive damaged.
2. Damaged Items on Delivery
If your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@almahomedecor.com.

Include photos of the item, packaging, and a description of the issue.

We will review the case and coordinate with the supplier to determine whether a replacement can be sent.
If approved, a new item will be shipped at no additional cost. Only if a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges.
Replacements are only issued in the case of damaged goods reported at the time of delivery and confirmed by our team.
4. Refund Policy
At Alma Home&Decor, we have a no refund policy.
We take great care in selecting and shipping our products. However, if your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the damage and packaging.
Once confirmed, we will coordinate with our supplier to send you a replacement of the same item in perfect condition.
If a replacement is not possible, we will inform you of the available alternatives.
Please note:

We do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or late damage reports.

Items must remain unused and in original packaging while the case is reviewed.

Returns and replacements are only applicable to damaged items reported immediately upon delivery.
