• Delivery is made to the building entrance only (not inside the home).

• For inside delivery or assembly services, please contact us for a separate quote with a specialized team.

• Estimated delivery times are provided for reference but are not guaranteed.

• Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damage within 24 hours.

6. Returns & Refunds

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

• Only damaged goods reported within 24 hours of delivery may be eligible for replacement.

• All replacements are subject to supplier approval and product availability.
