Large/heavy items (over 30 kg) may require a collection fee, which is communicated in advance.
We want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery - no questions asked.
To be eligible for a return:

The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items should be returned in good condition, with all original parts, accessories, and packaging where possible.

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Return Shipping

Returns are free when items are dropped off at an approved return location.

For large or heavy items (over 30 kg), a collection service can be arranged upon request. Collection fees may apply and will always be communicated and approved before the return is arranged.
Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Damaged Items on Delivery
If your item arrives damaged:

Include photos of the item, packaging, and a description of the issue.

We will review the case and coordinate with the supplier to determine whether a replacement can be sent.
If approved, a new item will be shipped at no additional cost. If a replacement is not possible, a compensation or refund will be issued.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, colour, size, or variant, you may return the original item in accordance with our Returns Policy and place a new order through our website.
This approach allows us to process your request as quickly as possible and ensures product availability at the time of purchase.
Please note that return shipping costs may apply in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Note: Customised, made-to-order, or personalised items may not be eligible for return or exchange, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Refund Policy
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within this period by email at info@almahomedecor.com or through our available channels in the Contact Us page.
Once your withdrawal request has been received and approved, you will be provided with instructions for returning the item.
A refund is applicable when:

The purchased item is out of stock;

The item is returned in its original condition;

The item is returned complete, including any accessories, manuals, packaging, and protective materials where applicable;

The item must show no signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and functionality.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned item shows signs of handling beyond what would reasonably be expected when inspecting a product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Made-to-order products.

Customised or personalised items.

Products manufactured according to the customer's specifications.

Any other items excluded from withdrawal rights under applicable consumer legislation.
These products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
