We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes become effective once published on this website. Continued use of the website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Products & Product Information

We strive to ensure that all product information is accurate and up to date.

However:

• Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.

• Natural materials such as wood, marble, stone, rattan, ceramics and textiles may display variations in colour, grain, texture or finish. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.

• Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to manufacturing tolerances.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes and decorative accessories shown in photographs may not be included unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to modify product specifications, prices or discontinue products without prior notice.

3. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Although we make every effort to keep our inventory updated, occasional stock discrepancies may occur.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer one of the following options:

• a full refund;

• an alternative product (if available); or

• waiting for the item to become available again.

4. Orders

By placing an order you confirm that:

• all information provided is accurate and complete;

• you are legally entitled to use the chosen payment method;

• you accept these Terms & Conditions.

An order is only considered accepted once payment has been successfully authorised.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases including, but not limited to:

• pricing errors;

• stock availability issues;

• suspected fraudulent activity;

• payment verification problems.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.

5. Prices & Payment

All prices are displayed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.

We currently accept secure payments through:

• Klarna

Payment must be completed before an order enters processing.

We use secure encrypted payment providers and do not store your payment card information on our servers.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver to mainland:

• Portugal

• Spain

• France

• Germany

We do not currently ship to islands or overseas territories.

We offer:

Standard Delivery (Free)

• Kerbside / street-level delivery.

Premium Delivery

• Delivery inside your home.

• Placement of items in your room of choice where access allows.

Additional services such as assembly or installation may be available for selected products and locations.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and may vary depending on supplier availability, transport providers, weather conditions and other circumstances beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• delivery information is accurate;

• someone is available to receive the order;

• purchased furniture fits through doors, hallways, staircases and lifts.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

​

We want you to shop with confidence.

Most products may be returned within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy.

Please note:

• standard returns are free when using an authorised return location;

• collection fees may apply for large or heavy items (over 30 kg);

• customised, made-to-order or personalised products may not be eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to purchase another colour, size or model should return the original item (where eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds are processed using the original payment method once returned goods have been inspected and approved.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

​

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, please contact us within the timeframe specified in our Returns & Refund Policy, including photographs of:

• the product;

• the packaging;

​Each case is assessed individually, and we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement or refund where applicable.

• designs;

• product descriptions;

is the property of Alma Home&Decor or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Alma Home&Decor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by transport providers, customs authorities, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

• Our total liability relating to any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
